Selected by Shinanoya: Aberlour 1990, matured in a bourbon barrel. Aberlour and sherry work really well, but Aberlour matured on ex bourbon barrels showcases the true character of Aberlour even more. We are fans of Aberlour when it is matured over a long period of time. This 1990 vintage is subtle in it style, but speaks loud in quality.
