BEN NEVIS 1998
48.20%
It will not be a complete surprise to see another Ben Nevis release under our label. This time a fruity side of Ben Nevis with a limited release of this 1998 vintage. Something not seen often, where 1996 is leading the wave of Ben Nevis release lately.
DEANSTON 1997
52.70%
Deanston distillery, a unique place being a former cotton mill turned into a distillery. On top of that Deanston isn't seen often as a single cask release by indie bottlers.
Glen Elgin 2007
59.90%
An apple a day keeps the doctor away! And this Glen Elgin, as you would maybe expect, is loaded with apples, vanilla, marzipan, and hazelnuts. Accompanied with a very waxy mouthfeel. Liquid silk!
Williamson 2011
57.60%
This Williamson is something to end a long night with. A liquid Barbecue on the beach. Bottled at a bold 57.60%, and with all of the medicinal, ashy flavors we all search for in an Islay whisky. If you've never had a Williamson bottling before, we highly encourage you to get one.
CAOL ILA 2010
60.00%
A peaty expression, this time from one of the work horses on Islay: Caol Ila. A very clean, almost spirit driven whisky. The cask influence is subtle giving it some fruity and sweet notes but for the rest: a peat lovers dream!
GLEN MORAY 2007
59.50%
Glen Moray 2007 release as a single cask bottling with unique banana and caramel flavour combinations. Released at cask strength but with a few drops of water an abundance of fruit surfaces. Great to explore and savour!
Ardmore 2008
57.90%
If you're looking for balance, this Ardmore might just be a perfect fit. Subtle smoke is what marks this 11-Year-old Ardmore.

INTRODUCING ARCHIVES INTO THE UNITED STATES

ICXIMPORTS

Born and raised in Atlanta, Brent currently calls Amsterdam home. After working many years as an international media and retail consultant, in 2016 he turned his attention to the world of single malt whiskies. He spent two years driving through the United States on a quest to locate the best whisky stores and the stories behind them.

After visiting 4000+ locations Brent determined the key distinguishing factors that separate every-day stores from outstanding whisky retailers: the desire of shop owners and staff to develop a truly exceptional whisky offering; a customer base who appreciates and demands distinctive and hard-to-source whiskies; and the knowledge and commitment to delivering whisky experiences that stand apart from others.

Now the exclusive importer of Archives to the US market, Brent is busy collaborating with the best whisky stores, bars and restaurants nationwide to deliver a new experience to their customers through the introduction of Archives and Whiskybase.

It is a continuing journey of learning and discovery in his eyes.
